I have a pair of 08 (I think?) DXS pants. They've been used but there are no tears or holes in them. They're large on me, and I'm 5'9" 150 lbs and wear a size 30 waist, so they should actually be perfect for you.
Have a pair of like new 07 DXS pants in red. The zipper broke, but other then that there in amazing condtion. It still has the button, and the strap, so they wont go anywhere.

Got a pair of Etek pants. Small hole in the knee, and the zipper is missing, but its got 3 ways "zip up" so you shouldn't have an issue.
