I'm curious... I've known for many years that cobra made "Fierce Frames" for their newer generation angels w/ the *85 angle instead of *90 w/ an integrated snatch grip to boot...

Then I got to thinking... Did they do the same to the cobra lcd series? Did the cobra lcd's come stock w/ their own little frame like this one on bigcanada's dye lcd?

I would've thought they did since i see now they MADE A FRAME... but for some reason most of the cobra lcd's i see do NOT have that frame on it...

If I don't sell my 2k Base lcd i was going to have ripped, i WILL need a frame like this so i guess it's better to start hunting now...

The Sig series LCD's all came with a stock LCD frame.The picture of the 45 Fierce came out after the fact.I have only seen one 45 Cobra frame.Check this out.It is a internet archive.You can go back and look at the the old Cobra site.If you thumb through them you can find all the diferent options for the LCD's.My LCD you posted the picture of, is in mint condition.My wife bought it for me from Drew Tempelton from Avalanche.

I think that 45 frame came from the Mamba LCD.

Funny that the Armageddon was one of the tanks of choice back in the day. It's what I ran on my first LCD, and still have to this day.

I remember seeing the Cobra in the pre-CD version of What Paintball Gear from PGi, somewhere in the 2001 date range. Thought they were just the cat's ***. Still do.

I owned Cobra LCD #16. I had the second Thunderstuck angel, and first Cobra. I paid close to 3K for the gun. I waited over 6 months from the time I ordered it until the time I got it, but I ordered it before the LCD was even released.

I still have the Armageddon. It is a little heavy, but it is a very good air system. I haven't played paintball in 6 years, but just bought a new maks for $110, and some paint. Planning to go to Tombstone when it opens up.

I never took pics of it. Cobra paintball had it on there web site, so if I needed to show it I just linked to them. If you can see there old web site my gun is on there. My ad that I posted on here to sell it like 7 years ago might still be there. I will search for it later.

Well I did a search for it. It looks like my threads have been deleted. I see links to the thread but they don't work. I think they use to delete the sale threads once the gun sold. Oh well. It was a nice gun but the fanzy ano made it hard to enjoy playing. I was to afraid to get a mark on it.
