Vlocities are very reliable and can feed 15 easy, I have problems with mine because I have to put new baterries in like every 3-4 cases. Other than that their great.
If your looking for something reliable and good on batteries the pinokio is looking good in the reliable and gets 38ish cases on fresh batteries area. Haven't owned one but I used one and had no problems out shooting it.
I would say look at a Rotor. Just yesterday, I saw two out of three Prophecys refusing to feed. Both of the people had to switch to back up hoppers for the rest of the day. In the past, I have also seen multiple cracked feednecks. Not trying to rip on the Prophecy, but out of experience, I have seen much better results from the Rotor.
Halo's are outdated equipment... they are heavy, slow, drink batteries and break easily... I would suggest getting one of the following:
Rotor = FASTEST hopper, Very durable, GREAT on batteries BUT it JAMS... ALOT!!!
Pinokio= Not as fast as Rotor but VERY RELIABLE, decent on batteries, BEST ball capacity, lightest weight
Prophecy= Not much more durable than halos or magnas, Nose Cone falls apart but other than that are good all around
Vlo= Drinks Batteries but other than that pretty good all around, shells aren't quite as durable as Rotors, Pinokios or Prophecy
There is no end all to this question... its just like with cell phones and carriers... they all have their good points and bad points... experiment with each one until you find one that is your favorite but none of them are 100% on each category.
Personally my favorite is my Pinokio for the details above... I hate the jamming on Rotors and the nose cone on prophecys... for the prices Velocities are GREAT hoppers and for someone on a budget I would suggest it. If you can afford it... get the Pinokio!

do you own a prophecy? It is much more durable than a halo or magna and there is nothing wrong with the nose cone.

prophecy is awesome.. never jams, more than fast enough... people just like the "on/off" of the rotor... they think that the prophecy is "confusing"with "all of its settings" lol while this is def not the case...its also lighter than the rotor and easier on paint, also the nose cone cant "fall off" unless you take it out of the gun becasue its clamped onto the gun in the feedneck... just a bunch of dye fanboys bashing....,, pinokio is awesome as well
