In answer to your question. No, you cannot self ban yourself. If you dont want to be on the site simply log out and do not return until you are ready.

I don't feel that I am instigating anything. I merely posed a query to your original statement of us having argued in the past. If it happened, I dont recall it and it is a statement of fact that it couldn't have been something of grave importance, else I would have recalled it.

Feel free to wait for any of the other staff members to review this, tell will tell you the same thing.

There is no way to just ban yourself. It is not an option you will find in the User CP. If you find it difficult to be on this site, simply log out and return at your leisure.

Also, I was infracted 6 days ago by a MegaMod, if that makes you feel any better about the situation.

No, you can't be banned by request.

I am sorry you feel that way, however there are some very basic rules that YOU agreed to when you signed up on the site.

Thank you for posting to my original question and not being a hypocritical *******.

The world must be ending soon if this just happened.

Edit-One last question, will substituting another word in for ****** keep me out of trouble in the future. It seems like that is what you are hung up on.

They're not hung up on anything at all, nor are you being singled out. Just don't insult people and you'll be fine.

One thing I've learnt recently is to not post on the spur of the moment. I type up a post, walk away from it (or open another window and do something in that) and then come back to it and try to see what I've written from the other person's perspective.

I even did it with this post. Try it It helps.

It's fine to argue on here, as long as it's an argument in the sense that it's people having a discussion with dissenting opinions. As long as you stay mature and refrain from name-calling or insulting someone directly, it's fine.
