I sold my ripper2 to whiteyg0tgame for 250 shipped with both board and necroram. he is claiming he paid for the yakuza board. here is the pm's.

You'll notice in all the PMs he deletes the previous conversation before posting back. I didn't think he was trying to avoid a trail and details, but now I am thinking that was his intention the entire time.

You will see both screenshots include the Tadao Yakuza board. Neither of the screenshots mention anything about 2 other boards. Additionally, out of the two boards he sent me, neither are the stock Ripper2 board.

In the PMs I offered $250 and he said without the OLED. I told him I only want the gun with the OLED board and offered to add gear. He told me he didn't need any of the gear, but a day or two later accepted my offer of $250 because he wanted cash.

I don't see how there is a misunderstanding here. I want the OLED board and I will ship him the other 2 boards I did not pay for. Otherwise, I expect him to give me a partial refund, or pay an inconvenience fee plus return shipping and refund all my money.

The very next PM he says, ok I can do $250 for the ripper with led board and I'll throw in the necroram.

Seems very shady, but you also should have clarified right after that PM, but I guess you were reading a bit fast and thought it was a typo.

Also, it seems as though he wanted to hide many of the PM's as he only initially posted one.


Best thing to do if you can not reach an agreement is just ship the gun back and get a full refund.

-In this one he says he can include the LED and stock board. I did think it was a typo because the listing said nothing about additional boards. He also did not include the stock board which is an LCD screen on the Ripper 2s. Both boards are peices of crap.

I'm out $250 and wasted a week with this deal. I'm more than happy to pay the shipping to send the 2 boards you gave me back and you can ship out the OLED like you should have.

If you want to refund the money, and add an extra $30 for wasting my time and shipping expenses I will send the gun back.
