here's what blythe posted on the net about it:
"This dummy was in my shopping center while I was on a Bodyguard Job in Washington, DC. This guy was in the Pizza Hut eating pizza off the plates of others and the Pizza Hut Manager ran him out with a pistol. Later the very same day, police officers were called to remove him from a nearby pharmacy after having been caught reaching into customer's purses. A short time after that, he visited a Napa Auto Parts store next to my Karate Dojo and told the management he planned on teaching in that Dojo and that Jesus taught him.
The Napa guys told him he was confused (their polite way of warning the man against such action), but not wanting to miss a show, they told the man they would close early just to watch and that he must not know the owner, which is nobody to play with.. Needless to say, the police pulled him out of the dumpster behind my Karate Dojo where he was neatly placed. Semper Fi to all my Marine brothers. The karate student in the white is also a Marine Sgt. and a brand new Black Belt. Never get stupid with a Marine, you could get jacked up and have your clock stopped."
the guy isn't dead and this happened in nineteen ****ing eighty four, why are you making a thread on it?

True, while interesting, I'm not sure why this is in St: p

What makes you think he's not dead? He looks pretty dead to me; he got stomped on the head repeatedly and there was a trail of blood left from his head when they dragged his body out.... to the dumpster. He might not have been actually dead in the video, but I'd be surprised if he lived much longer afterward.

So unconscious and bleeding from a head wound = dead?

because the video just recently surfaced on the good ol' inter of the net.
from your post I can only assume that you hate the mentally challenged.
you are now my enemy.
Oh, Oh can I be a 2k9 troll's enemy too
*edit* Ok I watched it, lets see...
1)Man was striking for the black belts crotch and head
2)He attacked first
3)He did not back off even when its clear said black belt was holding back.
I would say he pretty much got what he asked for, he started it, he struck for the head/face area...a clear strike of aggression and can be lethal. I would say the marine was defending himself at that point.
*ninja edit* from the new article, it sounds like a moot point, its been dealt with. So....who cares at this point.

A constitutional republic is, voting on dinner is expressly forbidden and the sheep are armed.
Nobody "deserves" to be raped in jail. Period. Grow the **** up. Once the guy was on the ground it probably crosses the line over to assault. The actions of the other guys saying "drag him out the back door" (and actually doing it) shows that they're complicit in any crimes committed, so they'd probably face charges too.
Also, this is a rehash of a pretty complete thread on another forum. There's no point rehashing what they've already done:

It pisses me off that so called "Martial arts" trainers actually let this stuff fly in their "discipline." Doesn't look like anybodies disciplined in this video, just looks like blind rage.

Yeah, wow, I wish I didn't just watch that. That's bull****. It looks like the 'blackbelt' ****er in the white just got pissed off that he wasn't doing too well against the other guy so he got nasty. There were no martial arts going on for the last 1/3 of that fight. That was just a guy being a douchebag. That's disgusting.
I'm going to read as much of the 148-page thread as possible before it gets tedious, but does anyone know what came out of this? I know the statute of limitations obviously applies, but this is basically murder/attempted murder, surely bureaucracy couldn't prevent an attempted murderer from serving their punishment?

Pretty much "nothing." Beyond that video there's nothing left, so there's not enough for the PD to act on. Also apparently the dojo sensei already got some comeuppance from beating his wife or something. (Same with the attacker.) They never concretely figured out the ID of the victim, so it's not like there would be anyone to press charges unless a DA felt trigger happy enough to open a case.

As someone in the thread pointed out, the Police were there, and they didn't even investigate it? They pulled the man out of the dumpster, and didn't do anything? It doesn't make sense.

Some of the claims on Bullshido were that people in attendance were LEO, and (obviously) were complacent with the beating. Chances are that none of the claims would really hold up in court.

Got this from the link drex provided:
Quote:
Chuck Feldbush, a retired Prince William police detective, was working a uniformed patrol beat in the Dumfries area in 1984 and said he knew Blythe and the victim. Feldbush, who could not remember the victim's name, said the man was a vagrant who lived in the woods near the dojo.
Feldbush saw the man in the days after the incident and noticed him limping.
"You could tell he had been beaten severely," Feldbush said. "He wasn't very cooperative and didn't want to pursue charges."
Although police had heard that there was a video of the incident, it did not turn up until years later, sometime in the 1990s. Feldbush said that if the video had surfaced in 1984, he certainly would have pursued it "as far as I could take it."
