Hi guys,

I just got my Ego08 Orange with sand today, and I have some questions to ask you guys. I really appreciate your help.
+ The first question is that : Is my Ego orange with Sand is a Limited Edition? I did read the sticky post, but I only saw the Ego 08 Origin (Sand) (68). Therefore, I'm just wondering if my ego is one of them. Here are the pics I took from my gun and the box:





The second pic is kinda blur, but it says, Color: Special

+ Another question is about the laser eyes. When I turn on my maker, and the eyes are on, I see only the left laser eye is on(and blinking). The laser eye on right side is off. I took off the eyes cover and cleaned all of the wires and the laser eyes, but it still doesn't work. So, I don't know if there is something wrong with the settings, or the right laser eye was broken. I also took some pics of it, but it's kinda hard to see though:



If the laser eye was broken, should I buy another pair of laser eyes? and which ones is good for my ego?

one eye will transmit and the other receives.. it may be blinking as a result of "eye fault" meaning there isn't a ball there.

I know there was an orange origin as well as sand - seams like a color swapped one, no idea for sure tho

Thanks Fatal for your response. So, we can say that there is nothing wrong with the laser eyes, isn't it?

I don't know for sure about the color either. It would be easier to tell if someone still keeps the box of an ego 08. I think it would have a reason when it's noted on the box with Color: Special.

That's a swapped parts Origin Sand (68 made) and Orange (30 made). The swapped parts look good though IMO.

All laser eyes flash, it's to save power when the gun is idle and the trigger isn't pulled. As it is flashing pull the trigger and it will stay lit for a few seconds again before going into flash mode.

So, 2 eyes should be flashing or only one eye is on and other one is receiving like FatalKitty said above? There is only one eye which is on.

Only one side is lit. Its a "transmitter" and "receiver" system. Obviously the transmitting diode emits the light, the receiver does not emit light.

1 lit, flashes to save power -- theres nothing wrong with your eyes.
