Hi, I'm writing this up to give this man yet another chance before I call his local police department just as he threatened to do to me. Heres the story.

Igreybush and I made a deal for a "clearance" coke can i had made (we worked outt hat because his deal wasn't worth 2 cans, I'd sell him a good one, and one that I had worked on when i first started out) and a good Mountain Dew can. This was to be traded for "used profilers but still amazing!" old cut up dye gloves, some absolutely no rippled straps, just one fading, and a barrel sock. When they arrived at my door, I realized he had positioned his pictures so a lot of things went unnoticed. ALL the foam for the forehead had been ripped off, the earslots had been broken so the softears just waved freely, the lenses looked like they had slid a couple hundred feet on concrete, the buckles for these lenses were broken and when snapped off actually SNAPPED OFF, and the whole thing reeked of cigarette smoke. The straps he had guaranteed would not be rippled only one had been fading were ABSOLUTELY RIPPLED BEYOND BELIEF, and the "only fading" one was rippled pretty mildly along with fading, and stretched out to the point where it felt like a flat rope. We finally came tot he conclusion that I was to send back the straps, and he would send me mint teal goggles with lenses in return. I even sent back the strap that came with the mask even though thatw asn't part of the deal. This was while I was trying to explain to him what I was going through at the time and begging him to give me just a day or two, instead he gave me a deadline which i had already given him...before he would call the local police department. Of course I did have these things sent out like i told him and gave him the already two day old tracking number on the day he requested. Now that I have sent he has been dodging my PM's where I gave him a whole week (today being the day after) before I call his police department just as he had threatened me with. I felt slightly bad incase he had genuinely missed the deadline so i decided to do this first, but on Thursday morning which will be a week and 3 days I will have no choice but to call. I had to make up for a mistake he had made by err "slightly" overlooking the list of problems I listed up their with the mask and straps while i sent hime evrything he asked for in perfect condition. I had thought he genuinely missed the deadline until he sent me this heartless message when I asked for the tracking number:

He sent me this message mocking that my uncle had been in the hospital and i was going through a move at the time.

I kept in complete contact with him the whole time begging for a little bit of time as I didn't have any money to ship with and was going through a lot, I was in no way trying to scam him, that's just stupid. I explained to him that he may have given me more time in the longrun but he only gave me a deadline of about 3 days which evenn though it was hard I met, I gave him a deadline of a week even after waiting about a month for him to do it on his own.

He sent "is it out" messages every day while i was trying to explain to him I was trying, I had just gotten my permit for $100, and had needed to solely use this to transport my family back and forth to a local hospital (even gave him the hospital name) while trying to get alot of stuff moved out of my house.

These are all from the messages I had downloaded into text files on my computer, i you guys want screenshots of them, or screenshots of the last 2 messages he sent me thats fine, i just want to get this resolved before I have to call the cops. I am not threatening anything he did not threaten me with, i gave him a longer deadlien after meeting his 3 day deadline. Please help me out here. This is just getting out of hand. I had to make up for a mistake HE had made sending me these "used but AMAZING!" profilers which turned out to be looked over suspiciously in his photos ( I have Pics of them if you ant compared to his) and his straps that look ok in his pictures as well but not when there in your hands (hmm, pattern?) I have any evidence you want, just trying to solve this as quietly as I can, and if this doesn't work i'll have to call his local police dept. Thanks a lot

Btw I'm lucky I found these, believe it or not the pictures make it seem alot better than they are...unfortunately, I didn't believe that, now I wish i did.

Funny how his finger goes over the lens lock that snaps off and don't even picture the other missing lens lock to just show the one tear...huh. Also in that same picture, I guess it's just a coincidence but the pic stops JUST as the forehead foam is to be seen ripped off. Also when i recieved the lenses ontop of the scratches shown in the pic, there were many many more, AND multiple scuffs as if it had been sanded.

(Btw all these pictures are without a lense because I wanted to see if I could clean them...turns out I could clean the thick layer of grime off buuuut, those lens lock buckles are there for a reason and I couldn't figure out how to keep them in.)

I even sent it priority to get this whole deal finished already, as you can see I sent it September 23rd, and it was accepted 3 days later. Then I demand my stuff, and he sends me the email mocking my uncle being in the hospital and me going through a move.

I have just done a reverse lookup and looks like he lives with his parents, so before bringing it to the cops, I will have to call them. I am doing all I can to settle this quietly but worst case scenario, I will have to call the cops. He lied, I had to make up for it, he lied, he wont return my emails, I had to ship twice to make up for a mistake he made, and now he's just gonna sit back with a little teal frame and lense that I rightfully own along with my stuff? No.

I never cleared out my index of PM's , and the amount of PM's I had by him were around 200 itself so i had to delete alot, but i downloaded them as text files, can you guys see messages I haven't deleted? Because the only messaged in my inbox that I have after needing to clear out my inbox are the ones of him mocking my uncle being in the hospital, and calling me a scammer while his stuff had been in the mail for a day or two already, priority out of my own pocket so he'd get it quicker. Can you guys see the messages? Jesus christ it's such a hassle just to get teal frames and lenses he promised. I mean he won't deny it, he can't be that low, he'll just say (and yes it's the truth) that I took a long time to ship. I waited pretty much the same time, then gave him a WEEK to get a tracking number. I just want my frame and lense.

Is there anyway i can see the messages in the message receipts because they are all still there,

Again, even though he's sitting there taking cheap shots at me because of my uncle, and because I asked him not to PM me, and to just send the package so we could be done with it, I doubt he's that low of a person to deny the trade, but I don't care if he takes a nother week out of spite of the time I was delayed, I just want my stuff.

Thanks a lot bigmac, As much as I hoped it would be him, I doubted it, but after comparing addresses and tracking number, turns out its the same zipcode, same place, same address, same guy. This is stupid already. He scammed us and probably countless others, nothing has happened to him. He's getting away with all of this.

I was reading through the same thread and railz even Ipchecked them to be on the SAME CONNECTION. He has scammed on BOTH accounts now and he can't be banned? I'm glad big has gotten his stuff but I am now out of x2 cans, x3 straps, and $15 because I had to ship TWICE. And hes at home with all of his stuff that was supposed to come to me, and all of my stuff, only needed to ship once for abut $7.50, scammed on both accounts, and nothing can be done? C'mon guys.

Huh...similar stories...similar addr- oh yeah, thats the same address. Same IP. Same everything.

this guy is a questionable charecter. He offerd on my yellow flexs and he would give me his profilers (pictured) and 30 bucks but i would have to ship first. I told him no i will not ship first and so on. Everytime he would say well ill pay you 40 if you ship first. Wisely i layed off but i just wanted to show hes been trying to scam for a while.
