Overview:
I purchased a Kingman Spyder Pilot from ][nvert User. I paid via Paypal and he did not send it.
Story:
I contacted ][nvert User via pm about purchasing his Spyder Pilot on Thursday September 17th 2009. This is the thread I originally posted on:

He also agreed to ship no later than Saturday September 19th 2009. I paid him via Paypal on Friday September 18th at about 1:35pm. On Saturday September 19th I pmed him asking if he shipped the marker. I got no response. I pmed him again asking if he shipped yet on Monday September 21st. He responded a few minutes later saying he broke his ankle and was very sorry but he did not get to mail the marker. He also said he would definitely mail it tomorrow (Tuesday September 22nd) and that I would have it by Friday (September 25th 2009). On September 25th, upon realizing I did not get the marker in the mail, I pmed him. I pmed him again on September 26th and he responded. He said the marker was returned because the address was wrong and he didn’t know until the Saturday the 26th of September because he was away all week on a business trip. I checked the address I sent via pms and also double checked the address I have on file with Paypal-both were correct. At his request I resent him my address. I told him that if shipping it was such a hassle he could just refund my money. He said there was no need, that he got my info and that he would ship it out again Monday September 28th 2009. I pmed him a couple of times on September 28th asking if he shipped the marker. After getting no response and seeing him log on at least 4 times between the 28th and the 29th I finally filed a complaint with Paypal. I pmed him on Tuesday September 29th to tell him I was displeased and that I filed a complaint with Paypal. On September 30th he pmed me back apologizing (yet again) and claimed, after more excuses, that he would ship the marker out tomorrow (Thursday October 1st) at lunch time and that he would send me the tracking number then. Between his last pm to me and the date of this posting (Thursday September 8th 2009) I have sent him 1 or 2 pms asking if he shipped the marker and have called both his cell and his home twice (I got what I believe to be his home number from the yellow pages online). I have gotten no response to either of the pms and no one answered the phones. I was never rude during our communications and I feel I have been very patient.
Evidence:
The first 2 screenshots are the first few pms between us split in 2. The next 4 pictures are his excuses every time he didn't ship. The last picture is a shot of the proof of payment via Paypal.
The thumbnails are small but legible when clicked. If anyone can tell me how to make them bigger I will try to replace them.

I have been a member on PbNation since April 2004. I have 85+/0- feedback here and over 150+/0- on ebay.
Action I plan on taking:
I plan to file a report with the Internet Crime Complaint Center. I also may file a police report once I figure where and how to do it.
Purpose for making this thread:
I am angry and want my money back or the marker I paid for. I also want people to know what to expect if they deal with this kid.
