**MACC AKA SEC Class A Event 2**

Okay guys lets get on this, now no one should think that this is a class AA thread.

Captshorty...do you do everything involved with the planning on this or does someone else need to do anything.

I want this event settled on by the end of the week. I have a field near nashville on standby, but I don't even know whats involved with getting a Class A event up.

I know Tennessee would really like to have an event this year since ours got taken last year and we ended up doing a lot of driving. But we NEED to know whats going on. All other conferences already have their second event organized and the times and schedules already released.

Please guys, let's get reorganized and get rolling.

Event #2 was said to be near UT and Event #3 is supposed to be during the spring semester at LU.

I know we discussed either Oct. 31st or Nov. 7.
LU would prefer Oct. 31st.

How possible would Nov. 7th be? The field we may have to host at has a big event on the 31st.

ill have to talk to the field owner. it will have to be whats best and whats most appropriate at the time. but i do appreciate the suggestion

i just need a date idea then ill talk to the field about holding an event there

not everyone can make every event...there is never going to be a day where everyone can make it

Well I wasn't aware of the CFOA XBall. I know i would like for everyone to have everyone there, but Halloween is very very soon. Maybe we could shoot for the 14th, I will talk to my team and everyone else do the same and we can go from there.

By the way Jason, I have been talking to the field owner about the event and he said he would love to do it, he just needs the details on what he needs to do and not do. And also about how much money he would receive.

Liberty University is hosting a Class AA event on our campus Nov. 14th.
This would be a TERRIBLE day for Class A event #2.

Alright well I spoke to most of my team and they are not able to do the 31st. The 7th is the best option for us and liberty has a good excuse for the 14th. Also, we can't do after the 14th because we could barely fill one line.

I know it may be tough but it seems like the 7th might be the only date.

7th is really really bad for us because of CFOA. If it were to be possible host a joint event at Rock Hill much like last year, that'd be amazing.

Okay well normally I would be fine with joining with the CFOA, but thats what we had to do last year so the nearest event for us was 5 hours away. Clemson I understand since you guys weren't in the conference last year but we had to sacrifice a lot. At the first event last year we were missing most of our best guys.

What I am saying is that I brought up a joint CFOA/NCPA event and my team was not happy since we had to give up our event last year to do that. The 7th (even though it doesn't work for Clemson) is the best date for everyone.

Jason, the event would most likely be held at Yellow Jacket Paintball in Hartsville, TN. Its about an hour and a half outside of knoxville and has an incredible facility. Another possibility is Insane Paintball in Chattanooga, TN. Insane should be asked first, but if they are a no go then Yellow Jacket would be willing.
