What markers did/does CCM make, what order were they made and what was the difference in them?
I know there was the SS25, S5, S6, J2L, and T2. Am I missing any?

I believe they made the works cockers as well and many other prototype and other awesome markers like the CCM team guns which I really want but can't get.

They made R.I.P. frames for shockers(Which are amazing). They were going to make a Private Label Shocker(G-MAX) but they ended up only making a few. They also made some odds and ends like Timmy Eye screws. They are known for great feednecks. There was also a 03 and 04 J2 models that differ in milling. There were also multiple configurations of Series 5 and J2. Including a Semi(Mechanical), Pump, and E- ready. They also could have had a single slider in 86 or a double hinge in 45 or 86.

That is not a factual statement...
The G-max was done by Garett Maxwell who at the time was an employee. He did that independently from CCM.
