I rofl every time I read something like this. Let me put this into perspective for you. I'm just a normal guy. I have a decent spam filter. Yet I get on avg of 10-20+ emails daily. How many do you get? Now picture if we had a business.
If you want to get anywhere with an online business you have to pick up the phone. I'm surprised they got back to you the first time. Most sites I've delt with take upwards of a week to respond if at all.
Get your money back if you can. Every rechargable battery or battery pack in pb is way way over priced. For example my boost pack was 80 so add shipping and I payed around the same as you. After my boost charger crapped out I started checking out battery sites online. I found out that I could of made 2 complete boost packs for the price of mine! Making a pack is simple but if you think it's beyond you most battery sites sell complete packs so it's merely a matter of finding out what voltage you need
