I got the phone today. I have to say I am not happy.
Here is a list of things that I am not happy about.
It's an 8300. You said it was an 8310
It's not the one pictured in your thread.
The q,a,left alt,1/w,7/z,9/c,n,m,space,right shift do not work on the phone.
It is far from mint condition. There are gouges on the right bottom, chips all over it, huge scratch on the screen, chipping around the track ball on the ring, a crack on the top right corner.
I am unsure if it really is unlocked due to the "M" key not working. It's for ATT that is fine but that might be another thing that is actually wrong with the phone.
After sending the PM I continued to look over the phone and found that the sides have started to separate on the back of the phone allowing for dirt and debris to enter the main body/electronics to the phone.
Also I made the deal and sent the payment for the phone on the 4th of Sept. It did not get shipped out till the 11th of Sept. I received it today.
I can take photos of the damages and the box to prove it didn't happen during shipping.
I requested why every thing is wrong that is wrong and asked for a refund. I am awaiting an answer on that one. If no refund is given I am filing one with Paypal.
