The Space Race was a lie. In the late 1950's, a meteor shower pummeled the Bering Straits. In the debris, American and Soviet scientists simultaneously discovered an off-world bio-metal that they could fabricate into amazing vehicles and weapons. They quickly gathered up and depleted all of the material that had fallen to Earth, and both sides were left wanting more.

This began the real Space Race... The one too brutal to televise. They launched their space programs in their efforts to find additional bio-metal deposits, and it was the military imperative that made the space race so intense -- not Kennedy's "for the greater good of man." Neil Armstrong's walk on the moon was actually the biggest cover-up in American history. Nobody knew that we'd built a full moon base just a few feet away. In fact, it was General Collins, commander of the American moon base at Eagle's Nest One, who took the original picture of Neil stepping onto the moon. It's amazing that nobody ever asked who took that picture. The NSA thought they'd made a real mistake when they released it.

Now you are in command! Lead your troops across the galaxy on a mission to control the alien technology before the Soviets do. Only one super-power can survive in the Battlezone.

Well , I wont ruin the surprise , but this game will be much different for the tanks.....most of our targets wont be running around with paintball guns.....weve got bigger fish to fry in this game.....lol

LOL .....no jackal.... you did make Kodiac mad , but it has nothing to do with this game.......The BattleZone game was designed long before you owned him with your LAW at Saigon.

Better not get too enthused yet ,... you will need to be in one of the turrets to use your LAW.....and turrets can be taken out by tanks and other turrets....this is gonna be nuts.....lol

Hey guys, I'm off work on Monday, so I'm wondering how far away from NYC is this game??? I'd come out there just to kill tanks...... Can someone PM about sides and the like.....

The teams will be divided up evenly on gameday with LAW's equal for both teams.....LAW players can only shoot their launchers if inside a mobile turret which can be moved anywhere on the field by 2 players inside of it....Each team starts out with (2) turrets and (1) 6x6 tank ....Both turrets and tanks can be eliminated by LAWs ....Tanks respawn with a LAW hit,....Turrets remain on the field at point of elimination with a LAW hit , and only the 2 players inside the turret are eliminated and must respawn....The turret left on the field at point of elimination can now be piloted by any 2 players on either team depending on who can get to it first.....Points are awarded for the number of turrets each side controls at the end of each mission block , and the number of barrels of bio-metal used to build the turrets each team controls.....sounds complicated but its actually very simple......Neither team will want to make a huge mistake and lose all their turrets during the game....this will result in a team that has (4) turrets and (1) 6x6 tank against a team with (1) 6x6 tank.......lol........I dont think the outcome will be very pretty should this unfortunate mistake be made by either team.

Yea Pickles your cleats are in the camper, or they were, I threw them in Godfathers camper to see if they would change color..
