Ego 8 big problem

I was down at CFPS playin with my ego. i chronod didnt turn off my gun went out onto the field and it was off. after that game i went and switched the battery out even though it was a brand new battery, no dice. Anyone had a similar problem with this? my home field's field owner is a lvl 2 tech and im gonna give it to him but anyone have any idea wat i can do?

...try another battery as sometimes 'new' batteries are not new (or you think it's new but it's not)

...make sure you battery connections to the board are indeed connected and connected on the 9 volt connector

i flipped it around every which way it could possibly go lol. i handed it over to the tech though ill see wat he says about it.
