Hi, i hope you can help me. I'm having trouble with a trade I made with a user named Monkeys04. He wrote up a thread about needing a verizon phone and I had been looking to sell a phone that was given to me. After aksing me a question, I told him I HAVE NEVER USED THIS PHONE, I"M SORRY BUT I WOULD NOT KNOW. About 3 Weeks after I send my package first class, he gets back to me and tells me everything is good and he will be sending soon. Finally. He then sends me another message saying that the phone was sent all charged (as I did for him) and he played with it a bit and did not like the battery life. After 3 weeks of waiting, he said he wasn't going to hold up his end of the trade. Here is where I told him it was basically as is, as I had never used it.

Aso the phone was charged fully when i opened it yesterday. Took it out and messed with it for a few then put it up. When i got up this morning it was almost dead. Dd you have any battery issues with it?
Yeah i charged it through the computer then sent. honestly, i haven't used the phone so I can't say anything about battery problems...I actually have a Wall unit that charges through USB, I'll send that over no charge, Im sorry if I thought the cable was enough. Thanks alot for the feedback, i will do the same, and my computer said New hardware, allow updates to check internet? (reccomended) so i did that, and it charged no problem. I just plugged it in and got it compltely charged and it seems to be holding pretty well. I will get my stuff sent to you tomorrow or thursday at the latest.
And i would appreciate that other cord too. I currently have my girlfriends computer but i dont always have one available. So that would be nice to have.
In the box I included a magnetic holster, screen cleaner, and USB Transfer/Charger. I ONTOP OF THIS offered to ship a USB-WALL converter FREE to him. After again waiting for a while I get this:

Sir, you were going tot rade me small tank and broken knee pads for a 35 dollar phone. This by itself is a HUGE discount. I'm not going to pay shipping for something I was going to sell AS IS, TWICE. I paid 5 dollars to get this discounted phone to you, settled on the tanks and knee pads, im not going to pay 5 dollars to get it back. I dont even care about the knee pads. You can send me the tanks and buy a new battery, or ship it back. Your options are $8 to keep your end of a deal that i settled on, and now Im even settling on ONLY the tanks, or $5 to send my stuff back. I was selling this phone as is, anyone else would demand the full end of your deal, i feel im being very light with this. My stuff has been out for weeks, and I would like the tanks from our deal, or for you to ship it back. Just because your in college, doesn;t mean you're the only one in a bind. The only reason im selling these thigns is because of my situation. Please be reasonable on something that was sold as is, and would be demanded by anyone else. Thank you.
1. Knee pads arent broken... how can you break knee pads? (Im saying this-He told me the disk was slipped or something, not broken, my mistake...but still it's a broken product if its slipped)
2. Would have been different if you said AS IS. You never said there even might be something wrong with it. (me sayign this, I TOLD HIM I HAD NEVER TOUCHED THE PHONE EXCEPT TO CHARGE IT)
So Actually your options are this. Either buy a battery and get it to me so i can see if the phone works properly. Or i will COD your stuff back to you
Like i said i am not trying to be a dick but i am not losing money in something stupid like this. even if it is only $5-10. Not at all my fault that the phone doesnt work the way it should
(He asked me the model of the phone, i gladly told him, and he looked it up on ebay, but he wasn't about to spend $8 to keep his end of the deal.)
I know this situation is stupid, but not in the way hes thinking about it. I sent him a phone plus extras on a deal i was settling on. I even threw extras in the box. And shipped for 5 dollars. After weeks of waiting, he gets back to me and I end up offerign a FREE I PAY SHIPPING Converter AND SETTLE ON NO KNEE PADS, AND JUST THE TANKS. Still this isn't good enough for him, but spending $8 to keep his end of the deal just WONT happen, and now apparently spending $5 to back out wont either. I also gave him the option of paying for the phone with the original 35 dollars asked, and taking 8 dolllars out for his battery. I don't understand. I just want my stuff back. I waited and hes not going to sit there and not take a penny out of his pocket for a deal ive spent alot on. HE IS HOLDING MY ITEMS HOSTAGE FOR $5. I'm just asking for him to pay to back out of the deal i already settled on and just send my stuff back, is that so horrible? Please help me.
