Talking The Frankin Marker, A Work In Progress.

Well, i got bored so i built this little beauty out of spare parts i had stored away and forgot about, lol. Its basically an old Stingray with a VL grip, Tippmann bottom line adapter and a bunch of odd bolts hence the name "Frankin Marker". It took some tinkering to get the grip on it and
get the sear to work but wallah, it worked .
It was so corroded i wasn't even sure i could get it to hold air or even fire but after allot of cleaning and polishing of the internals it surprisingly did, and to my amazement it shoots verrrry accurately. I am having issues with it shooting one ball at a time sometimes though (like the hammer doesn't catch the sear and shoots 2 or 3) but i have gotten it down to mainly when its first gassed up after some filing on the sear and cutting down the spring, any thoughts on it would be appreciated.

Edit: After altering the sear a bit more i think i got the multi-shot problem fixed.

Remember, its just a throw together and a work in progress so don't go bashing on it, or me please!

Sorry for the crappy pics , but here it is The Frankin Marker .

Im sure even after a bit more cleaning the frame will look like it belongs there.

BTW, it is spelled "sear".

I was thinking of like a longbow type attachment but never thought of the wood stock, thanks for the idea. I really want to keep it "Frankenstein" looking and fool people into a false sense of security when they dismiss it as nothing to worry about . I just built it out of whatever i had in the garage out of boredom, having back problems and no job leaves allot of time on my hands, shrug. I have to do some cleaning on the cuts and stuff and ill get some more pics up when i find the cord to my camera, cell pics suck.
