Lane has come on Pbnation and said that the webcast costs money, and they don't have the proper funding to run the webcast and archive all of the videos so they will only be showing the most recent videos until most likely a large sponsor steps forward to help funding.

Which is funny because I have told Lane several times that I would put the videos up and host them for free. I run a hosting company and have the spare bandwidth.

Unless you have an old directors account at Youtube you are limited to 10 minutes of video, average run time for a game is 45 minutes and splitting up all the games into 10 minutes segments is a tedious and messy proposition.

We are working on some ideas to make all the videos available, so hold tight and keep up all the good support.

Maybe I dont want to buy the dvds that defeats the purpose of the webcast?

i would say that i hope eventually there will be a dvd for each event not just world cup... it may be dumb but paintball is good all year not at one single event whoa i think that the people who are chritisizing like oh yeah lane is stupid blahhh blahhh i say be happy we even have some channels to keep up with the games live... i would say it is a lot better then sitting on a forum waiting for the "most up to date scores"

I have access to servers all over the world but my AZ facility has superb routing to most of the world and it also has the most bandwidth available. It is sitting on a redundant gigE connection and my average transfer rate to Europe is 25MB/s and Asia is ~10MB/s. I would simply add a stand-alone high-end box to host the videos.

Edit -- I just checked latency to a couple different EU and Asia sites and most are running 60 - 70ms.
