Air vent manifold. is it worth it?

Wuts up nation, my buddy has an air vent manifold in his dynasty shocker and it shoots tatas absolutely the best shocker ive ever shot. Basically the same shocker as mine except he has the air vent manifold in it. I was wondering if its the settings he has his gun set at, or is that air vent manifold that great?

Don't all shocker manifolds vent air?
They'd have to, right?

he most likely means the "faster" venting one

So he's talking about a manifold where you adjust how fast it vents? Which would adjust how fast the bolt moves, right? Kinda like an LPR, right? Hmmm. *****

Actually it slows the venting (constricts it) slowing the bolt making it easier to shoot brittle paint amongst other things. Sometimes it increases recoil but not always...depends on the marker and settings.

If that sounds good to you then go for it!

Those adjustable manifolds work very very well if you tune them properly. One thing to note is that if you tune the marker for smoothness, you reduce it's top speed (same idea as the feather touch in the Luxe). If you aren't going for straight up speed they are great (if you play PSP for example). A local PSP team had them in their shockers and they shot amazing.

The only draw back is SP doesn't have the adjustable manifolds anymore. Tried buying one last month and they said they were all out of stock and most likely not making anymore. If you find any, LMK.

If you hunt around you can find them. From what I recall they stopped making em some time ago because I see to remember the SP sponsored team I mentioned above snagged some of the last ones available.

They have to be tuned on the marker since the settings will be different. You'll also spend a lot of air in the process too...
