Ion Settings (rof ****)

Aight so i run a dwell of approx 15.
ST:
Trigger, bolt, asa, reg, feedneck.
SP:
Board, qev.

I have it set at 17 bps (board max) and i want to cap it at about 8. (paint conservatory)
I looked at sheets and ****, but what is the best way to go about this?
Raise dwell to achieve this???

max out your ROF then raise your dwell accordingly.

I may be wrong but I dont think you can get down to 8bps. You can get close but even with the dwell maxed at 80 or so clicks and ROF topped out I think you are still eight and some.

Dwell of 88 and ROF of 90 will get you 8.2 bps
