I feel as though that the 2000's are a wasteland for films. And the days of REAL Block Buster hits are over. With that said any movie made post 2000 is just a remake,prequel/sequel or a movie ruined by hype and incredibly high expectations. Of course with anything there are obvious exceptions such as, Castaway, The Pianist ect. but most of the most recent Films leave a lot to be desired unfortunately.
