One Hyper 2 better than another?

I just went and tested my two different Hyper 2s regs. The reason I tested is because one always felt lighter than the other. I have no scale to prove it but there seems to be a difference in weight. Well I just shot both of them on the same setup (PMR with a .689 Stiffi and a PE 68/45). I used the same paint. A little old, cheap $30 a case stuff.

First I shot with the heavier one: +-4

Second was the lighter one: +-12

Is there different models of Hyper2s, one with better internals? Is there something missing on the lighter one? Is one just broke it more (although that doesn't explain the weight)?

What do you think?

The shiney ones are always better.

Just kidding. There should be no difference between the two internally or externally.

however if one is polished it may have just a bit less metal than the dusted one does but not enough to make up for the weight difference you feel. Are the macro line fittingss from the same manufacturer ( do they look the same)?
