Today 7/9/09 I saw him wrote "a1 fly + a lil cheeese $$$" for a SL74. Isn't he suppose to send me the gun and how come he still offer his A1 Fly for that Sl74 after i sent him the money. Is it possible a scam? someone help... I got scam once already and i don't want this to happen again...

Well the good news is that you used a credit card to fun the transaction, so if things go wrong you can issue a chargeback and get your money back that way.
I've sent him a PM to see what's going on. In the meantime I suggest filing a quick claim with paypal and not dropping it until you have the marker.
oh ok, i just open the paypal claim. Now waiting for the gun...been trying to call him but he didn't answer or call back... Man what's with my luck? keep getting scam...
He PM'd me back claiming he hadn't offered the A1 anywhere else. I'd PM him again and ask for a tracking number within 24 hours or escalate it to a dispute and do not drop it until you either have the marker or have your money back.

He actually does own this gun, that parts not BS. He was trying to get me to trade my Ego for Fly + $200. Then he went back and said $150. Then $125. Then adding no cash.
I was a little hesitant considering he changing the deal so much, so I asked for pics of the gun, and his name. He got them to me.
He just seems like a sketchy guy. Good luck getting your money back.
Mods, might it be possible for you to get an IP check, and see any previous/current accounts?
this forum should hire me to look for scammers lol. Im most attracted to scammers. On the other side, i think the credit card is going to refund my money within 24-48 hours.
lol it was a joke. You can ban scammers but you can never change their mind. Just hope one day they are able to value other people's money and not to scam.

It's against the TOS to share an account. Therefore, his account should be banned.
Just to bring this to the top...I completed a deal with Ryan Fulcher aka oxfordimp, prior to reading this and have not received the marker I purchased nor have I received a refund. The deal was finalized last Tuesday the 21st, was informed the marker was broken a day later and he would not be shipping. Ryan has not had any contact for two days. If anyone else has information for me or would like to add a statement from a previous experience to the police report I have filed please let me know.
They can't ban someone on hearsay or your word alone. I believe Railz said in a different thread he needs a copy of a filed police report before he can inquire an admin about banning someone.
