TherealInsomniac is BST Trusted
1) new batteries, halos eat them
2) use better paint
3) get the freeway anti jam
4) Get the magna clutch upgrade.

Or just buy a better hopper...There are plenty of much better hoppers in the 50-60 range in BST.

Is this on gun, or in a drop test? Drop tests don't show the same issues as on gun. It may jam on a drop test but be perfectly fine on gun.

Check the batteries first. If that's not it then your motor may be on the way out.

The other great upgrade to reduce/prevent jamming is a freeway anti-jam.

is your z code working (ie when the jam occurs does the motor pulse three times, then the light flashes red and green)?

Also, the piece of the catch cup that comes off may have been put on incorrectly which could probably cause jams.
