how short is the trig pull of the pro45 frame, double if it matters i heard 4mm but i thought it could be taken down to 1mm i dunno

I think that mine on a two-finger 45 frame is a hair over 4mm. With the single trigger shoe you might be able to get 1mm but I don't know that for sure.
