Russian Legion = Nexus?
I finally figured it out. But why?
Did they mesh or is it just RL and how did it happen

Nexus had such a crappy season that they needed a good team to place well at SD to get enough qualifing points to make the pro cut for next season playing under the nexus name.

Thats so bad. If they can't play with the big guys move down a bracket. And dont give me crap cause there not from america. I love the team but its kinda sad that they have to have legion take there name and stuff just so nexus could still be considered pro

How are they sandbaggers? They play pro under the name russian legion. and at this torunment they play pro (still, nothing about pro as philps said) as nexus..
sandbagging is like a team that rolls everyone in the division 3 bracket with ease and doesnt move up to a more challenging brack div2,1 etc. Not one pro team playing as another pro team in the same divison.

Its sad to see that they have to bring in RL to save their Pro status to bad they couldn't do it on their own. But hey I guess what ever they can live with. Lets see how well they do next year.

I heard a rumor that Robbo may be selling the Nexus name this coming season. And the guy that could possbibly buy it would be..... Sergy... the owner of Russian Legion.
If that happens, then the Russians will probably come to the US for all or most of the NPPL events. Aside from the Millenium(sp?) in Europe, the Russians don't have alot of events to do, that won't be complete cake walks for them. The EXL is a joke for the Russians because they dominate every single event without contest. They are way to good for the rest of the EXL teams, and most European teams... so what do they have to do to get some good competition? Come to the US.
Honestly, I think it would be awesome to see the Russians come to the US and play NPPL events. What'd they get this weekend, 3rd?
Not bad at all.
