Sad Reality
Well, unless God hates the sport of paintball and allows XSV to lose to Bob Long's Ironmen (not to be confused with the Ironmen) this may be the first event in which Dynasty does not make it into the finals, since Las Vegas of 2002.
Your thoughts?

They didn't make the finals at LV 2k2 because they were reffing...
Edit: Dynasty beat ND and have a total score of 209, two points better than Avalance, there's still a chance...

That just makes it worse, hah.
And yeah, they had a chance right up until XSV won their last game. XSV is at 285 now, and the fourth seed going into the semis.

You guys know that even tho dynasty is out of the finales they still have enough points that they are going to win triple crown anyways. They had it locked after they one two games so it doesnt really matter. I was there i talked to there agent and manager!

When Dynasty gets beaten on a regular basis then we can say they are not the Best. How can you be the Three time Triple Crown champs and say its a new world.
I think that they are a great team just the comp. Is picking up making it harder for them to dominate.
Lets all watch next year and see what happens! it will be a harder fought battle I believe!

uh... this past season isnt the best way to decide if Dynasty's 'reign' so to speak is over. They're a flat out nasty team and they have the players and money backing them to compete. This past season though, They were THE established pro team. This year's Avalanche roster was beginning its first year pro, Infamous came in at the second event, XSV came off all x ball last year and needed to gel, Arsenal still has some growing and gelling to do. and the NXL teams werent playing at all.
Next season, particularly if the NXL teams keep playing, it will be a true Professional division next year, (assuming they made the cut to stay in the pro division) it will be the way the division should be, and at the end we'll see if Dynasty is definatively the best. As far as I'm concerned, they're one of the best, but they got spoiled with so little competition in the pro division in 2003, and the other teams are a lot stronger than most people give them credit for.
