Best 9v Battery?

My old Panasonic died on me, so I need a new battery but I don't have any lying around. What is the best 9v battery for a paintball marker?

I love the Tenergy Low Self Discharge rechargeables. Coupled with a power inverter in the truck, I charge them on the way to the field and usually play all day on one. Sometimes I have to swap for the last few games of the day.

IMO Duracell Coppertops suck. Extcy Blackboard eats them like skittles. About 1 case of paint per usable battery. Trying Energizers.

The lithium batteries that are designed for cameras and electronics seem to work well for me. Both Duracell and Energizer make 'em. Lots on Amazon and Ebay are usually cheaper per battery.

I use the Energizer Industrial batteries and I buy them from work at cost about $1.10 each and I use 3 per day and have used 2K paint before and they were still strong.

3 per day? That's a lot of batteries.

They make a lithium 9v now but it cost $12

1 in the marker and 2 in the hopper. I switch them out just to be sure I have fresh batteries in them. I have had a couple fail on the job not on a field so I have a few sitting by incase there is an issue. I have on one occasion used the same set both Sat and Sun because I left them on the couch.

Oh I am using an eXTCy and right now a JT Revolution hopper. Neither known for being lite on batteries.

Duracell pro cell hands down.

I'm lucky, I get cases of them completely free

make sure you're using the right ones. use the regular 9v, not 9.6v or the cheap ones try for the standard 9v instead of heavy duty. also look into the mah. Energy paintball has 9v at 1100 mah.

This thread:
http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.php?t=3335795

gives some good information on this stuff. I think I'll go ahead and invest in some powerex batteries now and a charger vs continuously cycling through Duracell batteries for the long run. I'm using standard coppertops in my Etek 4 and my Revvy but I think I'll be switching to something rechargeable soon.

http://www.walmart.com/ip/Duracell-4...Count/14301882

They are regular Duracell 9v. Not pro cell, not heavy duty, not a cheap brand, and they suck. There's new quantum ones now but screw Duracell I'm switching to energizer for the next 12 batteries. I've spent like $60+ on stupid batteries in a few months and who knows what's going on with GoG's rechargeables they are out of stock so I guess they aren't making them.

We'll I just decided to return the 36 energizer max 9vs I just bought and get http://www.amazon.com/Charger-Kit-Po...rds=Powerex+9v instead. Hope they live up to their reputation. Screw alkalines that only give you 50% or less usable power and cost so much.

These are true 9.6v too and having 4 of them with a wall and car charger for $70 I should be set to power my extcy and revvy and no more worrying about buying 4 packs for $12.
