prophecy z2 users what speed fed u guys prefer?

My friend has a prophecy z2 tried it out n got hook. Only problem I got was his exalt magnetic speed fed which flips up when I dive into bunkers.

I'm currently new to paintball and this forum and was just asking which speed fed I could use to keep the balls inside my hopper during slide or dive because I'm planning buying z2 soon.

Anything with magnets. I have exalt with magnets from an old empire halo v35 in it, and the Empire speed feed.

I think the HK speed feed is the best I've ever seen. It is soft enough so that a single ball will just fall through it with gravity, but at the same time the rubber of the speed feed itself covers the hole very completely to minimize dust in the hopper.

Exalt was okay, very little coverage, very soft rubber arms for easy loading.

Empire was okay but I think of these 3 it was the least good...stiffer and still bad coverage of the top.

I've never tried the newer virtue speed feeds, but the older ones were a little stiff and the arms had minimal springiness to them, just kind of big rubber blocks.

They all worked fine but the HK seemed to work the best. New virtue ones may work well too but still they don't have the coverage of the HK for dust.

What makes it good? Can a single ball just fall through it with gravity only?

great fingers, no large gaps for dust/dirt to easily enter. Fingers hold paint in well.

Rain shield it icing on the cake. I've had to use it in a pinch a few times. Beats taking a second lid with you.

If you're talking about the magnetic lid flipping up, you can't really fix that.

My HK lid is extremely tight on the Z2. It uses magnets and the friction retention. Not going anywhere.

If you did have a problem, It's easy to figure out a way to make them more secure though.

The Virtue SF is in my opinion the best speedfeed for the Z2. The fingers let zero .68 paint out, they let it all in, and they stay on pretty well (one of two times mine popped open I punched the hopper, the other was diving with a RF gun).
