that wasn't worded very well. is the battery stuck to the screen? if so it may be no good i would suggest getting a new one. how is the gun supposed to open this is what has me confused. can you take a screw driver and remove screws and it still won't come apart.
just so you know the pyschoballistics markers are not like spyder with rechargeable battery. if there is a rechargeable battery in there it may need to be taken out to charge. try to replace it with a standard 9v battery.
