I would never purchase anything else from them. I had great experience when I sent my 2012 to be 2013'd, but IF they ever brought out another new version, after seeing what a complete and total lack of CS they have, I'd never risk buying anything else of theirs again.

Not that I've ever bought anything Vanguard but no matter what they do now they'll never have my money .
Does no one from Vanguard read these forums ? How has no one from their company posted in this thread yet ?
OP needs to kick and scream and make a huge deal over this and not let up until they're sending HIM money.

easiest way these days to talk to someone at HQ is through the Facebook page or via Vanguardians group or even the Demon Horde group, I personally rarely check PBN but then again I don't work *for* Vanguard.. I run my own business here in Canada.

if someone messages me directly I do my best to help but for parts the centres and HQ in the USA are your best bet.. for the record though I sent this thread to HQ a while ago but nothing I could do other than that.

Continuing the theme tell my situation. in January 2014 sent his marker from Russia to a man Michael (Reaper (ACI)) was made a long time. I had already translated the money (parts, labor, shipping ~ $ 400) According sent twice. First time sending him back, and 26 June was sent again. Still she did not come Michael does not respond to the letter. Count $ 1500 were lost in nowhere. Already do not know what to do

No. great guy. consulted. all cool. But sent the parcel. I was sent the photo with the customs declaration. where was the track code. But this track he did not find. Okay. more than two months. Sending I came, and I know not returned. Perhaps lost ... Reaper does not meet a month

I am starting to hate this thread because everyone is so hell bent on the manufacture CS. Honestly this definitely sucks, but that being said this should not stop you from buying one of these markers. This is the best marker I have ever owned and I have owned a lot! In fact I sold my Luxe 2.0 and bought my Demon. Not to say there are not issues with the CS, QC, and shortage of parts but I have owned 6 Demons and only had issues out of the project mayhem model.

Well they where the only one that had the part I needed. Also he insisted and promised to have the marker fixed and sent back to me in a week. A lot of shops don't carry many parts for markers these days unless its dye, eclipse, or empire.

I just discovered this thread and read the whole saga. First, skvngr, you should drive to this scumbags house and burn it down. Second, Mace How can you say someone should give this company business??? What if you took your can to a shop and it took them 6 months to 'fix' it and, when you finally got it back, the passenger seat was missing, the rearview mirror was on the floor and the shop had the audacity to tell you "It was like that when you dropped it off"??? No matter how good the marker may be, if there's a link in their customer service that treats customers and their property like this, they should be drummed out of business.

Based on this nightmare, if I owned a Demon, I would search and search and find a couple of used ones for 'spares' just so I'd ave the extra parts and not have to risk losing my marker in dealing with a company that obviously cares not one bit for it's customers.

I'm not saying there is any fault by you my friend at all! You were screwed beyond belief for sure but all the guys on here saying they will never buy a demon is ridiculous.just don't buy from the manufacturer, I know I never have. I will buy as many parts and demons as I can because I doubt I'll find another marker soon that I think is of the caliber the demon is for the same price.

If your reason for not buying is solely based on the manufacturer customer service then you can rule out buying all the amazing markers from companies that went of of business as well.
