For the original poster: What exactly are you looking for in a "speedball gun"? Are you wanting something with various firing modes and high rates of fire or just something for playing on a speedball style field on occasion with friends? What do you currently own right now?
Rec speedball and tournament speedball are similar, but different. A tournament marker can be set to your series limits and left there, but if you're playing walk on at a field some may have different ROF caps, limit to semi, etc. Some boards are easier to change settings on than others, and some more expensive guns have presets that are simple to switch between (Luxe OLED for example).
