I wonder what happened with all the projects they had going on at the time... I know John was busy working in New York so no surprise it fell apart. Is there any concrete info on why it closed?
Don't know a damn thing, didn't even become friends with this dude until after they shut down. I never even bothered to ask him what happened there at all, not exactly a good subject to bring up with someone who went from building a beautiful car to selling most of the parts and still not even knowing if he'll have enough money to put gas in it for the week.

Anyone ever get a key cut at a dealership? I'm looking to buy one online and get the dealership to cut it, not sure if they like to insist on you buying the key from them or something.

I'd kinda feel bad doing that, but not $150+ price difference bad.

Yeah, as I understand it, I need to have all the keys and the car there so they can program the immobilizer thing.

Only got one key when I bought the car, and I'd like to have a backup plan if I manage to lock it in the car. Been looking for valet keys or door-only keys, but I haven't come up with much yet, or at least nothing in the $5 per key blank range like I'd hoped.

'11, so it's the fancy high-security laser cut double sided thing. If I had a mini-mill, I'd be all over this ****. I feel like sticking a 3D-printed key into a car lock cylinder is a bad life decision.

Would be point less unless you are upgrading to a push button start

I'm talking about getting a precision p-trim housing that is single scroll machined with fit an hx35 or he351 which should in theory outperform a gt35 for a fraction of the cost.

I turned 21 on a Saturday, my life wasn't normal again until probably the following Friday. Didn't go to class until Tuesday afternoon.
