Changed from 12 to 6
No difference at all. 100% the same amount of blended paint flying out of the end of the barrel... No good

I have tried to raise dwell and thats why it was 12.
I thaught it helped but I never tried the same day or the same Box of paint so that was just plain placebo...

Lets not fill this thread with voodo whichcraft and nonsens.
Please try to post relevant info on mods, tested and results.

I can comfirm that NT10 bolt is better on brittle paint but not good enough.

I found that higher dwell blends paint. I have my dwell at 6. Nt 10 bolt. Blue insert but I bored it out slightly and fit an oring on the insert. I'm using black Bolt tip. And hdnr orings on the bolt custom fitting them. The can, plunger, etc I use the dye orings. I also use smart parts sleek lube.

Ok so what do you say is the problem with mine? I have the same as you exept I have HNBR on the spool and use slick lube... What the weather like? Temperature humidity and such.
I have 18 deg celsius and rain so high humidity.
Balls all break from waist height so prety brittle but not extreeme

Florida weather. Extremely hot, mid 90s.. Extremely humid.
Let me take some paint I used today and go outside to see how it breaks

I dropped 15 balls. 5 from shoulder, 5 from hip, 5 from knee

Shoulder - all 5 broke
Hip - 3 broke, 2 bounced once and then broke
Knee - all 5 bounced

Well then we have similar brittle paint. There should not be so Bigg difference in breaking paint.
Seems that there are unicorns afterall...
Would be realy nice to Know why there is a difference

Honestly no idea.. It broke paint at 8 dwell and 10 dwell though. It has a 2010 manifold as well.

I don't like the way it sounds when shooting though. I'm going to send it to Billy after this next weekend.

Oh and it was chronoing between 289 and 294 all day

Yea all parts are intact.

It's sounds like a metal cannon. Like the shot is quiet but it has an after sound

What are interchangeable between the two bolt kits again? The spool and the spacer rod? Or the plunger as well?

Plunger are the same on both.
All other parts are different. You can use NT10 spool on NT11 but not the other way since the NT11 has the reg seat type bumper located in the spacer rod and no bumper on the spool.

Yes.
You can only use NT11 back cap in NT11 body and NT10 back cap in NT10 body.. The sealing o-ring sits in a smaller diameter onNT11 so it wont seal in NT10 body and if you try to use NT10 back cap in NT11 body you can strip the threads in the body.
Often the back cap is dificult to remove so it Will not be an option to use the spacer Rod in other body. It is easier to just unscrew the Rod from the rest and change the entire front part ro different model.

Ok but for best results I see the nt10 can and bolt + the nt11 spool and spacer rod
