Should i go with a g4 or a g5?

Just grab the G5... The bolt update alone makes it the better choice bro. Not to mention the macro-less design, it was something everyone was waiting for. On the other hand if you are shopping used then the G4 will b the choice as it will be much cheaper. Let us know what you get.

Nice purchase. Just make sure you wipe off the old DP lube and relube using some quality stuff and that you are running the right pressure tank to avoid any possible issues and you will be good to go.

I assume he means a tank with an output pressure between 450 and 650psi, rather than the typical high output pressure of ~850psi.

I think some of the orings used in the internal air line's can sometimes have a hard time holding up to 850psi. I've also heard people say the regulator doesn't like 850psi input pressure.
