Etha Issues, and current problems!

Okay, So, Ive had my Etha since March 2nd, used it about 8ish amount of times, so you can say ive shot about 4-5 cases. Ive fixed minimal problems like trigger squeaking, and a little leak from my macro line. but one issue is that my Etha is a ball blender. This is my first actual mid range marker, and im trying my best to enjoy it, and see the positives, but i cant help but know the my Etha breaks atleast every 10/250 paintballs. Its becoming a very annoying issue, and I want to fix it ASAP. I have a 68/4500 Ninja tank, and an Invert Halo Too Hopper. Please help if you can

Do you play with your BBSS off? turn it on. Is your bolt clean? maybe your dwell is to low? your bolt tip could be damaged? clean your eyes and detents? or maybe its your o-ring? I have no idea how to replace, fix o-rings or what the hell they are but your firing poppet tip o-ring could be dirty or damaged. THIS IS ALL FROM THE MANUAL! READ IT!!

What kind of paint are you using? I was breaking at least 1 ball every pod of paint and was going to post a similar question. Was using valken fate and valken field paint originally, but today I played all day with valken graffiti without a single break

your main reasons should be if the rubber bolt tip is damaged...the dwell is way off or it could be the case of paint. field paint is always questionable but really look at the other 2 options

light has to be green. purple means no eyes on and that's not a good thing. That means you are pressing the trigger and the bolt is firing before the ball is placed properly in the chamber

I own a etha and it is great, you have to know the setting, for example: clean it and relube the O-rings after at least two full days of use and make sure the settings are set on break beam system ( Blue light for ready to fire, green for not ready). The purple setting has the eyes off and that is not good, your going to chop balls. Clean, lube, proper settings = shooting mo-foes up on the field. Also don't use junk paint (you get what you pay for).

Check your detents, make sure they are in good order. Replace those bolt tips, the original etha bolt tips aren't used any longer. Don't over-tighten your eye cover screws, as they provide room for the detents to flex out of the way of the bolt when the marker is firing.

And if you can, try a different hopper. You want to rule out the hopper is cracking the paintballs first.

What speed setting is your "halo too" at? I had the exact same problem until I turned down the speed on my halo to either 1 blink or 2 blinks. I was shooting empire field paint and couldn't go a pod without chopping before I changed the speed setting. Try that first then look into your etha. Mine hasn't chopped a ball since I did that but you can always check eyes and detents.

if you were shooting Empire premium thats probably your issue. the stuff sucks. I brake 1/10 balls everytime i use the stuff, doesnt matter what marker im using. The only thing it seems to work in is pumps as long as you dont use a tight bore.
