The #1 Question - Force fed or gravity?

Just curious to know what you prefer to use and why? What guns would you rather use an gravity hopper over electric etc?

The only advantage of gravity fed is no batteries. Otherwise forcefeed is better in every other way by leaps and bounds.

Well I come from the old cocker and mag days so all setups seem light to me.

But yes weight is the only other factor.

Gravity fed jam all the time and have consistency feeding issues.

I play a tournament every year called the Shake n Bale because its gravity fed hoppers only. The reason they named it that is because you always have to shake a gravity fed hopper when they jam up.

As for lower profile... I have yet to see a gravity fed that is lower profile than the forcefeed hoppers out there. Unless you're talking stock class.

Sportshots, winchesters, apps, plenty of little guys out there and all you gotta do is shake and shoot, rotors jam and your done, z2 jams and you usually have to pull them apart as well . I think for high rates your not getting anywhere with a gravity but I play pump so in the pros and cons, gravity Feds have their place haha

Pump is another matter. I use the proto gravity fed. But because pumps movement usually dont have feed issues, but jamming the rotor is one sharkfin pull away and its unjammed.

Not theoretically, in practice.
