Ya I mean I ended up buying a white cf boomy instead but this is why I shoot PE, their customer service is impeccable and they really take care of their customers. Really glad to hear that your friend got hooked up with a new front, pretty awesome if you ask me

Almost all carbon fiber barrels use some sort of gluing process. It isn't as exacting as being milled/threaded, but id doesn't really have to be either. The ball isn't even really touching that large front section much during flight. The issue isn't so much that its glued as how it was glued on.
