I have a passion for autocockers. I love playing with them, love working on them. I had two project guns sitting that I wanted to do something different with them. I decided to have them wrapped in mossy oak pattern camo through a process called hydro dipping. This can be fairly durable depending on the quality of sealing product. Please come back often as I will be updating with more pictures and some shooting videos later on.
I dont think it would be too much of an assumption to say that If you used a regular anodized barrel in the same way, it would probably look bad too. The quality of the clear coat on the parts I think is what helps determine the durability.
