Old spyder xtra

I have an older spyder xtra, and the other day I was out with it as a backup, and someone needed to use it so they aired it up, and it began leaking between the front block and the body.. I replaced the 2 orings that are on that front block and it still continued to leak.

Any ideas what else it could be?

It may be too tight, if you crank the screw that holds it in too hard it will leak.
