Well, got the switch and battery leads soldered in place.

But now the membrane pad won't work. If it's not one thing....

It's mounted on the side of the body where the fire selector switch was on the airsoft gearbox- Uses the same hole, actually. the green ribbon is slightly bent, but other than that, everything is more or less normal.

Post a picture of what the board looks like and I may be able to help you.
Also, I hope you didn't remove the original micro switch.
There isn't any need to take anything off a board, but only to add another.
Remoting things in this fashion saves a lot of head ache.
Here is a video I made a long time ago.

no, didn't remove anything- didn't need to. hang on-

That's the board with both the microswitch leads on, but without the battery leads connected

There's the board as it is now- sorry about the bad pic, it was a rushed shot. the Back and red lines are the battery leads, and the orange is a Microswitch line (I was having problems with the other, and it disconnected earlier, I just need to reattach it). I tested the whole thing with the battery leads earlier- they're ok and work.

Outside- the membrane pad. There were two nubs there for the old fire-selector switch, But I filed them down before I attached the membrane. it popped off once after being stickied on, so I epoxied it in place with some non-conductive stuff I had.

the inside of the membrane pad. The pins are all in flush and nothing is cut or nicked in the lines, so I don't know what it is.

Ok, I am not coming to any quick solutions, but I'll get back to you after looking into some things first.

Well, if you were still taking work, I'd just offer to send it off to you so you could do it. At this point, I've effectivelly given up on it for the time being. It's really disheartenting to have an effectively brand-new board decide to not work because of such a minor peice of kit. I mean, I *could* order a new membrane, I guess, and just mount it somewhere else on the marker, but IDK.

All I really have to do now is get a fitting for the Remote line fitting to go into the reg, and fix that stupid board, then it's basically done. But it's a hang up on that stinkin board right now.

Well I still have time for minor work, I have fixed people's boards before.
So if you wanted to send me the board and membrane I can take a look at it and try to fix it. But I cannot promise you anything, cause without things in hand there is no way to be sure of anything.

I would

'Cept the board is already soldered into the marker. :/

I'll probably just order a new membrane pad and re-locate it.

Close but no cigar. Select/view a photo on photobucket and copy it's individual IMG code and paste it in your post.

its awsome,.. real solid bad *** feel to it,... need to get some feild time in to put it to some havey testing,... but so far i keep testing out the mag release and everything a few times a day without any fails yet so it seems tough ,..took it apart to clean and lube the orings and everything came apart and went back togeather smoothly

i plan on adding a g36 carry handle with scope to the top once i get the rail adaptors in the mail,.. and if i can get my hands on the bottom tactical rails for a good price, i want to add a grenade launcher

i will add more pics when i get those done
