I could write pages of (C)RAP4 horror stories...
I bought a RAM shotgun when it was released about 5+ years ago.Never would crono,IF it fed would break balls.Went to return it or have it serviced, their "gun tech" didn't know how to adjust the velocity or disassemble it,I ended up showing him how myself.Wouldn't return it or give me store credit.Decided I could fix it myself,it's a Nelson valves gun so how complicated could it be.Found out the bolt and valve specialist 1/8 smaller than any other Nelson out there, tried springs, porting etc.Still doesn't work
This past Sunday I had new guest at our field. They had bought 2 new 468s.After 4 trips to RAP4 there guns STILL didn't work, air was shooting out of ever crack and crevice.Same deal for them,no returns or store credit. They haven't had any field time with their markers. This is just one of at least a dozen stories I've had players at our field tell me.
This really burns me up as most of these folks are new to paintball.I feel it's really bad for our sport as it turns people off to playing when their new markers won't work. This was confirmed by my guest this weekend,it's exactly what she said.Luckily we all have backups we loaned them
If there customer service and quality was half as good as their promotion of their products they might be a legit company.Seems their advertising budget takes priority over their R&D and quality control.
Sad to me so many legit companies have gone away and they're still selling CRAP.I look forward to the day when they're no longer in business
