I dont understand. If there was a delay, and the customer brings it up to the company, why doesn't the company just expedite the order/make it a priority. If something "slipped through the cracks" that means you didn't know about it. But if a customer brings it to your knowledge, and you indeed did make a mistake then you as the company NEED to make it right and do it ASAP since you're already late on the order and already ****ed up once.
nice product.. worst customer service ever. They sent us a text saying thanks for payment, jerseys are completed see you at HB.. then a text came 10pm on thursday before HB saying sorry jerseys couldnt be finished in time.. haha style supply is a joke of a company and they blatantly lie to thier customers. Half our team didnt even have their jerseys for Chicago let alone hb hahah

We are not trying to hide anything, we have had massive problems with production capacity in the past and have disappointed many of our customers.
I have personally tried to make up for screwing up, i hope we can overcome this and work harder and serve our customers better. We control everything in a different way and have learned from what happened.
The Jerseys we just uploaded is what we have made this year, we may be missing a few.
We have not posted anything in here for a while because we had to work things out and work on our production. It is fixed now, with the same high quality but one big difference to our orders in the past, we now have speed and will guarantee a delivery date when the order is placed.
We are also willing to work with payment terms for returning customers that have had a bad experience with us.
