Sizing on elbow pads

Hi everyone, I'm looking at buying my first set of elbow/arm pads but I'm unsure of what size I should get. All of the places I look at don't have descriptions for the sizes so any help is appretiated.

-Thanks.

Most the major brands have sizing charts on their websites, though not always easy to find. The only one I have experience with is Dye, who's gear tends to run small. The chart below should give you an idea, but if you buy from Dye, move up a size larger than they recommend if you want to retain your circulation.
