I ordered a product at a higher price because it was the only store that had them "in stock" and was shipped an inferior item.
When I contacted customer service and told them I was disappointed, they spent more time belittling my argument than apologizing for their error. Apparently the item I ordered was discontinued 6 years ago and instead of contacting me before shipping, they sent a cheaper alternative (and still charged me for the premium price). If that wasn't enough, they tried turning the argument around on me stating I should of known the original manufacturer went out of business.
When I pointed out that I took a 7 year hiatus from paintball and that they have had plenty of time to fix their website, they gave me a BS answer about their internal system was correct and they "don't just sub out products"... whatever that means. Despite giving me a $5 credit, I refuse to do business with these people again. I mean for Christ's sake, they called me a liar when I said I had done business with them in the past because they could not find any orders under my email. God forbid someone changes their email.
Avoid this place.
