Sound like you had a good time losing those Nerfs.

Yup, had fun but....$120 on paint, $90 in nerfs, 65$ reg fees, $150 hotel, $50 in food, $50 in fuel....not to mention misc stuff....~ $500 for a weekend is still stinging a little. 7 hours driving and the minimum 4 hours to get everything cleaned up (rained most of sat)....

Cheap fishing reel mounted on a picatinny rail... it could be done... but how much will it effect accuracy?

I think the reel idea would be too much of a PIA. I'd expect it to hamper the flight of the nerf.

I use a SpecOps grenade double pouch and each side holds two nerfs. Two of those gives me 8 nerfs.

I use a US Army pouch to carry mine and it works GREAT! It can hold about 20 nerfs or maybe more. It has 3 button hole clips on the front and a strap to go around your waist and around your shoulder. My friend got this for me from one of his junk cleaning jobs. It's the best thing yet! It's already army green.

My launcher has a manual rotating chamber that holds 6 nerfs. I can get a shot off every 3-4 seconds when need be. Most fields dont allow more then that many on the field at a time. But when I go AT I wear two pouches that hold at least six nerfs each. In my tank I have a much larger pouch that holds about 40-50 nerfs.

Well Lukie I sure can understand your costs. Try it with a tank. Play at Skirmish buying 6-8 cases, reg, hotels, food, all the other indirect costs. I will admit I do get an occasional perk that saves on the spending. But you know its a hobby and sometimes when you want to have alot of fun you got to pay the man.

That is my bandolier I made from a 12ga shotgun belt....just cut every other loop and the nerfs will fit perfectly. I can shake it and none will fall off, but they are easy to grab and load. Don't like dump pouches to hold my nerfs as they tend to get bent fins and shafts which affects the trajectory of the nerfs. This way they are readily accessible and keeps them from being deformed.
