Hey guys I am reading about the invasion and appraently people are saying that you can't run a high pressure outputting tank on it........So that means I need a low pressure tank to make sure no damage can be done? Great....can somebody please verify this
Bob long vice= dream gun
But I heart my pm7 ;)
"Please keep your arms and legs inside the field at all times. Failure to cooperate with these instructions may result in injury, death, or worse, ejection from the field."
You can use the 275 tanks too.
Don't know why or where you would have read that some tanks don't work. Seems that some just want to try to find a reason the guns don't work. Anyway we work real hard to make them easy to use.
Just consider that you have a small amount of volume between the tank and the regulator.... with that in mind I'd say high pressure is preferred so the gun can't be starved at high rates of fire. If you can roll your gun in uncapped semi you gotta keep it well fed air wise.
My gun was incredibly consistent over the chrono with a standard Ninja reg with one shim removed (so roughly 700psi). And this was the first time I played with the gun. I was using good paint, which also helps but I'd say stick with the tanks that let you adjust output (remove/add shims) and see what works best for you.
If you have a set HP tank... don't sweat it. Just play paintball and not worry b/c the gun is ACES!
I don't need 12.5 welts a second.
