1: Professionally answer, manage, and resolve customer and dealer technically related emails, phone calls, and communication.
2: Provide technical assistance and repairs for products to include, but not limited to paintball markers and paintball accessories.
3: Provide company technical support and resolve technical issues
4: Identify and record parts usage for repairs/refurbishments
5: Assist in the maintenance of spare parts inventory.
6: Communicate with internal functional departments
