Anyone heard of this?
My friend told me that if you lube the Oring at the thread of the barrel that your marker will gain a few fps. Just wondering if its true

Seeing as the ball never touches the barrel threads, I'm guessing that your friend may have just made this up. But maybe someone with more proof than just a logical guess can chime in.

and if you put hk stickers on your gun, you can get up to 5 added bps too depending on the size...ya know....

False. It will keep your barrel from coming loose during a game from vibration though.

Even if it did improve the seal, it would be so marginal that the fps increase would be insignificant.

I put an oring on my barrels so they retain a tight fit without locking on to the marker. I really doubt that you would gain any FPS or efficiency though.
