Deftek feed necks on DC2's?

Just wondering, as I believe the DC2's came out around the same time as the Ego did, if any were given the Deftek feedneck treatment?

It seems like it would be a sneaky place to try something new.

Especially since the newer DC2's came with Ego parts like the HPR, Feedneck and such.

I figured I'd ask the collective here if anyone knew before going to Mr Wood.

Thanks all

the newer dc2 feedneck were not the same feed you see on ego, they slip over the threading part of a cocker feed.

I can say for certain that if you have a working cocker that shoots just fine you are one of the three, or all of the above. 1- you are not an idiot. 2- you know someone who is not an idiot. 3- you have enough money to pay someone who is not an idiot. - jonotwist

Thanks for posting a gorgeous cocker...

but not answering my question.

I asked if DC2's were given the deftek, as in offset feedneck since the later ones were given ego parts such as the feedneck

if you look at the gorgeous picture it does show a standard vert style body.
also listed in the stickies(at least when the WGP forums existed) is the whole fiasco that anything to brand the name autococker came from an original WGP blank. aand no WGP gun has the issue that PE had to solve, with their deftek feedneck.

the ego7s were the ones that came with deftek, cockers were ratcheting down by then. until the JOLE series. god i loved those bodies as well.

calm down.

Deftek feed necks were on 05 egos for sure, but yea that sounded way more dickish than I wanted to. Wasn't trying to sound mean or pissed at all..

"But that doesn't answer my question" is more like I wanted to say...

no prob, id say most of us here try to act our age rather than our shoe size.
lol be doesnt mean we still wont laugh at toilet humor.

it seems you are correct, but I may be thinking as eclipse made it a point to advertise the offset feed in 07 as thats the first time I've seen it plastered the way eclipse is known.

but PE did start their bodies as WGP blanks, which had a center feed.
also with the smaller bolt chamber, there wasnt a need for the offset feed.

Very possible... I just remember a magazine I had reviewing like 50 or so markers for the 05 year, I believe it is an APG release talking about the 05 having it offset left 2 mm.

But then again, 07 is when they started the whole cure bolt thing, so that would make sense about trumpeting it then.

I knew PE started with WGP blanks, just didn't know that also included the feed tube hole. That ks for clearing that up.
